MMPV - Se cerro el mes Actual por Error
 

Buen día.
Lamentablemente por Error se cerro el Mes de Mayo 09(Actual), y se Abrio el de Junio 09, con la transacción MMPV
En la transacción MMRV, me indica lo siguiente
Periodo Actual 09 2009
Periodo Previo 08 2009
Ultimo Periodo Previo año 12 20008

¿Como puedo dejar Abierto Nuevamente el de Mayo 09(Actual)?
¿Como se que no me está afectando contablemente los movimientos hechos despues del cierre de Mayo 09 en Junio 09?
En caso que si se haya afectado contablemente Junio, existe la posibildad de mandar esos movimientos al mes de Mayo 09?

Cierre de mes
 

Al cerrar el mes (cierre logístico) lo que sucede es que no te va a permitir realizar contabilizaciones en el mes cerrado, así que sólo podrás contabilizar en el mes al cual has desplazado.
Sí existe una manera de regresar al mes anterior, ya que en alguna empresa que he trabajado lo han hecho lamentablemente no tengo esa información para compartirla pero sí es posible.

Para Abrir Un Periodo Contable Cerrado Por La Mmpv
 

PARA ABRIR UN PERIODO CONTABLE CERRADO POR LA MMPV

MM Reopen posting period - MMPI transaction

Today I had to deal with this MM reopen period issue.
Problem: One user opened by mistake period 06 year 2005 but they still had documents for posting in period 04.
Solution: The solution is running the MMPI transaction and read note 48781.


This is a post I found on sap.ittoolbox.com SAP forum which explain some basic steps to reopen the MM period.

1. Lock all users out of PRD
2. Take snapshot of MB5L for all materials at company code for current and previous periods

3. Add User parameter MMPI_READ_NOTE with value = current date in this format YYYYMMDD

4. Stop all processing that updates inventory values

5. Run t-code MMPI with correct period

6. Run Z_DEl_HIST_ENTRIES program

7. Take MB5L snapshot for all materials at company code fs01 for current and previous periods

8. Validate that values match on MB5L pre-post snapshots or are appropriate.


9. Unlock all users in PRD


10. Remove User parameter MMPI_READ_NOTE from user ID
SAP Steps for Opening previous period in MM

If you want to open previous period for reversal entry or additional entry
The following are steps for Opening previous period in MM :

1. Go to TCode SU01 (see OSS NOTES 487381)
2. Choose "change" tab with your loging Name
3. Choose "Parameter" tab
give Parameters MMPI_READ_NOTE with date format as YYYYMMDD
(say today 20071201)
4. SAVE.
5. Go to T-code MMPI
6. open the old periods which you want to post into,
Note :
the period opening will be valid for only for the particular day only.

7. Complete the posting you want to reverse or add

8. Go to MMPV to close the periods
Note :
If we enter the date or month in MMPV means we are opening that date or month by closing previous date or month
(Never use MMPV without completing the transaction in previous month)

BASICAMENTE:
Entrar a la SU01 y agregar el parámetro de usuario MMPI_READ_NOTE con la fecha en el formato 20081217.
Después entrar a la MMPI y de ahí ir abriendo los períodos de a 1 hasta que se llegue al período deseado. Cada vez que quiero inicializar un período debo salir de la transacción y volver a ingresar.
