Valuation area does not show up in legacy assets
 

Recently we created a new valuation areas for asset revaluation.

We created two new valuation areas: 47 and 48.

Area 47 is used to calculate the inflation values, based on those in area 46, which is a valuation area previously created, in which revaluation values are kept.

Area 48 is an statistical area which shows the result of values in area 46 + values en area 47.

The company’s fiscal year es January – December. The new areas (47 and 48) will have to go live in an interanual scenario.

We finished the customizing and proceeded to run some tests in our sandbox. All the tests were a success, therefore we proceeded to transport the customizing to our Quaility Assurance client.

In the latter, we have been facing the following issue: when we execute tx’s related to legacy assets (AS91, AS92, AS93) valuation area n° 47 does not appear. Nevertheless it does appear on those tx’s in our development client. We have compared customizing between DEV an QAS and everything looks exactly the same, therefore we do not know why this is happening.
Tx.’s AS01, AS02 and AS03 work fine on both clients.

Valuation area 47 appears and works properly for those transaction codes, the issue is related to legacy asset tx’s.

I understand than you do not appear the area n° 47 with the legacy ?
