Hay un documento que se llama BRGUI 6.40. Sólo hay que modificar tu explorador y poner tu host, con eso a mi me funciona. Está dentro del fichero brgui.properties.
Tengo un documento paso a paso, dame tu email y te lo remito que excede el tamaño para subirlo aquí.
básicamente es esto, sigue los pasos:
1. U have to copy brgui tools in to "/usr/sap/brgui"
2. Change Permission of brgui tool accordingly (ora<sid>)
3. Open brgui.properties file in vi.
4. Change the following line :
brgui.remote-0=<SID> (localhost) init<SID>.sap
brgui.remote-0=DEV (localhost) initDEV.sap
brgui.browser=explorer
5. Now u can start brgui.
