Nunca implementé esta funcionalidad, pero entiendo debería activarse en la SFW5 el business function FIN_LOC_CI_37.
Verificá si la badi WT_CHANGE_WTAX_CODE tiene el enhacement AR_FI_CHANGE_WTAX_CODE y si el mismo está activo y el comportamiento en tiempo de ejecución.
