En el manual aparece esto:

Creating an IDoc or RFC Listener in SAP MII
1.Logon to SAP Netweaver Administrator.
2.On the Configuration tab, choose InfrastructureApplication Resources.
The Application Resources: Overview screen appears.
3.Choose Resource Adapters from the Show field.
4.Select any IDoc or RFC that starts with XMII from the Resource Name column. NoteThe naming conventions are as follows:

Idoc listeners: XMIIIDOC01-10
Asynchronous RFC listeners: XMIIRFC01-10
Synchronous RFC listeners: XMIISRFC01-10

5.Enter the following values in the Properties tab:

ProgramID: Server's program ID as defined in SAP ERP system --> parece que esto es lo que no está bien
MaxReaderThreadCount: Maximum count of listening servers. The minimum count is 1.
SAPClient: Client of the SAP ERP system
UserName: User who can access the configured SAP ERP system
Password:
Language:
Server Name: SAP ERP Application Server name
Port Number: System number of SAP ERP system
Binding Key: XMII/XMIISRFC/XMIIIDOC Note

These values are specific for MII. XMII and XMIISRFC are for RFC listeners and XMIIIDOC is for IDoc listeners
6.Choose Save.

Testing the Connection for IDoc or RFC
1.Logon to SAP MII system.
2.Choose Message ServicesMessage Listeners.
3.Select any message listener and choose Edit.
4.Select message name/type from the Message Name field and choose Save.
5.Choose Update.
6.On the Configuration tab, check for SAP Server and client name. This should be the same as the SAP ERP system.
A message regarding connection status appears on the Status tab.
