he estado buscando por SAP y he encontrado la siguiente Nota que puede ayudarte:
"Note 65343 - Problems with variants after the upgrade"
Revisala detenidamente. Para el error que te aparece (DB 634 Variant & of program & is not the current version) dice lo siguiente:
"Start program RSVARFIT. (see Notes 49692 and 51015)
