Estimados Gurus,

Acudo a uds. en busca de ayuda, y bastante urgente por cierto……..

Se han creado y capitalizados cerca de 1000 activos en curso, la clase de activos no tenía configurado el indicador de liquidación de partidas individuales.

Cuando se intenta efectuar la el proceso de distribución (trx AIAB) para la posterior liquidación (trx AIBU) del activo en curso, SAP genera el error AW050, el cual es tratado en la nota 69279.

Que he intentado:

Dar de baja al activo con clave de contabilización 75 y en el mismo proceso con una clave 70 capitalizar el nuevo activo .- No se puede, el sistema no permite por la clase movimiento empleado (Baja por desguace)

Modificar el indicador de partidas abiertas asociado al activo en la tabla ANKA vía trx se16n.- No funciona, al ejecutar la distribución da un error

La nota 69279 sugiere el empleo de la transacción KOB5, pero desconozco como efectuar el proceso. No puedo anular las operaciones ya efectuadas con esos activos en curso, y debo liquidarlos a otros activos reales para que se comience a generar la depreciación respectiva.

Cómo resuelvo el problema de la forma más rápida y práctica posible????

The debits for capital investment measures are assigned to the capital
investment measure (WBS element / internal order).
Only periodic totals are settled to the respective asset under
construction.
The manual apportionment of these line items is not defined.
Solution
You can apportion the line items of the original debits of the capital
investment measure with transactions KOB5 (Internal Order) or CJ70 (WBS
Element).
When posting the settlement with KO88 / KO8G or CJ88 / CJ8G, the values
resulting from this line item apportionment are then posted from the asset
under construction to the respective receivers.
