Amigos les agrego el archivo DEV_W0
el problema se presnta de la siguiente manera.
Inicio el servidor, todo bien empieza el dispatcher a ponerse en amarillo con la leyenda
RUNNINGBUT MESSAGE SERVER UNREACHABLE
cambia a verde con la leyenda
RUNNING BUT DIALOG QUEUE STANDSTILL
posteriormente se pone en verde con el siguiente mensaje
RUNNING, MENSAGE SERVER CONNECTION OK, DIALOG QUEUE TIME: 0.0.sec
después de unos segundos se va a verder
