entras con el usuario administrador de sap

abres una ventana cmd

c:> sqlplus /nolog

connect / as sysdba

startup

y miras a ver que te dice. si te dice que esta levantada o a medio levantar la bajas:

shutdown immediate

y la vuelves a intentar levantar.


y lo que nos tienes que poner es el fichero de alertas de Oracle, normalmente se llama alert<SID>.log

me tomé la libertad de subirlo a mediafire.

intenté hacer el procedimiento pero me marca el error siguiente q te pongo en el archivo .gif

REvisando el archivo me dice q los errores se van a los archivos siguientes

los archivos q menciona el log son los siguientes:



y abriendo ese archivo me dice q en el archivo

wy2_ora_0

el cual pongo en la siguiente liga



segun el archivo 2084 el error es el siguiente

leyendo en google es algun error en la BD, si es asi como podría recuperarla o no se si solo tenga q reinstalarla
