checate esto:
In Transaction ME21N, the system issues warning message MEPO 039 and the system sets the "Goods receipt non-valuated" indicator automatically. Then you can post the purchase order.
This system response, however, may lead to subsequent problems because you can post the entire quantity of the item only to the first account assignment object for the goods issue. (You cannot change the system response for the goods issue.)

Desde mi punto de vista el sistema hace lo correcto, supongamos que te deje activar la entrada de mcias. valorada... si tuvieras una parcialidad de ese item , a que cuenta afectaria??
