Pantalla en blanco en "Objeto Organizativo Sociedad CO"

Lo he probado en un sistema de DEV y me pasa lo mismo, buscando he encontrado que no es un error, es que la pantalla es así, y que haz de hacer alguna acción para que te salte un cuadro de diálogo para elegir opciones (a mí me funciona). Aquí tienes la nota que lo explica:

Solution

The layout of the initial screen is intended to be in this form. In this case, there is not an error.
To execute one of the actions, such as copy, delete, check, use the buttons in the application toolbar. After you select an action, a dialog box appears, on which you can select the object with which the action should be carried out.
After executing one or several actions, the gray frame contains a log of the selected objects and performed actions.
