Error AA609 activos fijos

Buen dia a todos y pues necesitando de sus tantas experiencias:

Tengo un problema con los activos fijos buenos son varios igual provocados por la inesperiencia en el modulo:

Esto es lo sucedido: hace unos meses solicitaron los contabores que se eliminaran una areas de valoracion que no se necesitaban, lo sucedido con esto pues se eliminaron estas areas, y pues con esto me creo varias errores:

1.- En la aw01 al visualizar el activo marca este error:

SYST: el área de amortización 16 no está prevista en la sociedad 01
Nº mensaje: AA609

Estas areas las volvio a generar para que eliminar este error y pues siguen apareciendo estos errores

2.- En trx as02/as03 al modificacion/visualizar un activo
Inconsistencia Customizing: falta entrada/entr. incorrecta en tabla T093B
Nº mensaje: AY159

Diagnóstico
Se ha producido una inconsistencia en el Customizing.

El plan de valoración GF01 contiene el área de valoración real 18.

La entrada en la tabla T093B para la sociedad 01 y el área de valoración 18 no existe o es incorrecta.

Y pues estas areas ya estan creadas y asignadas pero pues no las toma el proceso.

No se si les haya pasado esto o bien como corregirlo, porque yo ya eh buscado mucho en los foros y no eh encotrado nada de como corregir este problema, encontre unos que dicen que desactive/desasignar las areas de valoracion a las socuedades pero pues lo hice pero no se corregio mi problema.

Raul,

Las áreas no deben borrarse una vez que se crearon bienes.
Para solucionar tu problema trataría de volver a crearla y ver que se haya creado en la tabla T093B; es decir volvería a eliminar el área y a crearla chequeando que se cree en todas las tablas.
Me ha pasado que en proceso de implementación que al crear un área no se agregaba en dicha tabla, con lo cual tuve que borrarla y volverla a configurar.

Voy a tener eso que me dices ya pues no quedaron bien los datos.. ya eh estado checando con SAP esto y me pasaron la causa 2 de la nota 1531737 - Error AA698 - Possible causes and resolutions.

Reproducing the Issue

This kind of issue can occur in different transaction, such as CJ88, AJAB, AS91, AS92, AS03, AW01N, ...

Cause

From an asset point of view the most common reasons why AA698 is coming up are the following. Generally one of the 5 causes and their solution has resolved AA698:

Cause 1
In most cases the error message AA698 is caused by inconsistencies in table T082AVIEWB for view 0 (internal view generated automatically) and some of area, if there is no authorization for this area

Cause 2
In a few cases we have noticed that this is caused due to newly created or deactivated Depreciation area.

Cause 3
Inconsistency between the two fields
>> ANLB-LGJAN is not equal to ANLC-GJAHR

Cause 4
The reason for the error is that the actual system date is in 2009 and the last opened fiscal year in AA for company is e.g.2008. You can check this in with SE16 (T093C-LGJAHR e.g. 2008). This would lead to the error message.
Cause 5
It may be that there are missing entries in table COEPBR.


Resolution

Cause 1

Please fix the problem so you can create and post assets with transaction AS92 but, to avoid new inconsistencies of this kind, please apply SAP Note 853754.
Please check which dep. areas you have activated in table ANLB and ANLC and go to table T082AVIEWB and change the authority to 2.

There is a correction report "RACORR_VIEW0_SET" that will help you change the value in "AUTHORITY" from '0' to '2'. Please have a look at SAP Note 900767. This report would have to implement manually through SE38.
Some other times, if you go to transaction AW01N for that asset, you might get error AA698 as well. The error is correct as TABLE ANLC and ANLB are not consistent.

Cause 2

In order to resolve this error both tables ANLC and ANLB will have to match. TABLE ANLB has depreciation area XX that ANLC does not have – probably opened with RAFABNEW.
This depreciation area will have to be added to ANLC. To manually install the depreciation area this will be a matter for remote consulting as there are tables which could be affected (ANLB, ANLC, ANEP, ANEA, COEPBR).
Unfortunately this type of problem is out of the scope of SAP Support. Please kindly contact your SAP Consultant for the manual correction of the TABLES.

When running RAFABNEW if "leave values initial" is selected ANLC records will be created only for opened fiscal years in FI-AA. If the indicator is not selected ANLC records will be created in all fiscal years.

As an option, you can delete the newly created area and re-create it again to make ANLC consistent.

Cause 3

Check the asset in ANLB and ANLC:
could be an inconsistency between the two fields
>> ANLB-LGJAN is not equal to ANLC-GJAHR

In this case you need to run RACORR96 to correct this inconsistency.
Run RACORR96 in TEST mode for your company code and it should pick up the asset in error.

-> here you should see the asset number and the company code

After running RACORR96 in REAL MODE ANLB-LGJAN and ANLC-GJAHR will show the same fiscal year.
If you have same problem in your test system, then please run it first in your test system and verify the assets.

Cause 4

Please start the fiscal year change report (RAJAWE00) to open F.Y. 2009 to avoid the error. For error AA698 not to appear you should close the fiscal years for which ANLC records do not exist.


Cause 5 (in case of investment measure involvement)

Please to refer SAP Note 317806 carefully read. Run correction report ZZAFANEW2 for the relevant asset and company code.

Genere la correcccion para la causa como me sugiere Cecilia y pues igual SAP.

Ya casi todos las empresas se me corrigieron, pero quedaron pendientes unos activos que por error le dejaron para mobiliarios 10 periodos en lugar 10 ejericicios. Y pues estos activos entraron en abril del año pasado y pues en enero 2013, su ultimo periodo depreciado, en estos casos que puedo hacer para que continue la depreciacion.

Y pues para otra empresas tengo que cerrar el ejercicio 2012, y pues igual este activo tiene el mismo problema descrito anterior. para cambiar el 2013, pero cuando genero el cambio marca error con un activo XXX el cual marca esto:

SYST: Terminación anormal del programa (T_ANLB difiere de T_ANLC) activo
fijo 01 000000401258-00

Nº mensaje: AA698

Activo fijo afectado: 000000401258-0000

Diagnóstico

En el cálculo de la amortización se ha producido un error que hace
imposible la continuación del tratamiento.

Actividades en el sistema

Las tablas internas T_ANLB y T_ANLC del inmovilizado 01
000000401258-00 no son sincrónicas.

Procedimiento

Informe al responsable del sistema.

Viendo estas tablas pues para las areas 3,15,16,18 no tiene ejercicio.

Pues miren estuve hablando con SAP sobre mi problema pero en estos casas de errores de nuestra parte sap no mete las manos y pues me sugieren que solicite la ayuda de un con consutor, pues ya con estos pues se decidio cargar los registros que me faltaban en las tablas ANLC y ANEP que son donde vi que habia registros para otros activos y el mio no. Cargue los datos con un Z y pues ya no me marco error.
