Hierarchical Access Functionality

Please note that despite certifying exemption, SAP recommends that you run the check report identified in SAP Note 1600482 to identify if you are using the Hierarchical Access Functionality. If the check report indicates that you are using this functionality, please open a Customer Message in XX-PROJ-IMS-HA so that SAP can provide you with a Pilot Note that re-introduces the functionality. This Pilot Note is required when you upgrade to one of the newer Support Packs in the future as the functionality has been disabled in newer releases of ERP, CRM, SRM and GTS.


Que yo levante el ticket pero no tengo ni idea de como levantarlo, si alguien me puede echar la mano le agradecere.

Segun SAp mi sistema cayo con esta caracteristicas

¿Instalaciones o usuarios en los Estados Unidos? No

Usa la funcionalidad HA? SI

Acciones necesarias:

1) Abrir un mensaje en XX-PROJ-IMS-HA para obtener una Nota Piloto para volver a instaurar la funcionalidad HA
2) Certificar “Exemption” en Service Marketplace
