I want a copy of PS_TIMREQ (WS12300111) workflow, but with a especific user for the task of approve TS12300097, but I need the teoric agent who will had to approve in order to send him a email.
Can anybody to give any idea how to do it?
If in the task TS12300097, I specify an user in AGENT, after of this I can't retrieve the teoric agent.
