Error al instalar SAP IDES 4.7

Estimados.

Si alguien me puede ayudar con este tema, estoy instalando SAP IDES sobre Windows 2003 Server SP2 y Oracle 9i., y cuando estoy empezando a instalar me arroja el siguiente error:

ahi lo que veo es problema de usuarios...checa que exista el usuario que dice ahi..y el grupo...en caso que no lo cree la instalacion..ayudalo y crealo tu.....por otro lado checa los permisos sean los correctos con el usuario que estas corriendo la instalacion , espero te sirva...saludos
