EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
• A Bachelor of Science degree in a computer related field.
• Minimum 2 year experience in systems development/support, product development, business process engineering, project management, or related field.
TECHNICAL and INTERPERSONAL KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS
• Ability to assist with implementation, interfaces, conversions and customizations.
• Understand process to apply SAP minor and major upgrades, including maintenance packs.
• Assure the execution of Operation Level Agreement between IT Services departments to fulfill the Service Level Agreement to the Customer
• Customize and maintain PeopleSoft objects and programs.
• Contact and work with SAP Product Support, when necessary.
• ABAP programming experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Travel 50% to 70%
At least 2 years of experience working and developing projects as a SAP HCM System support analyst.
