We are currnelty looking for a major Industrial company with offices worldwide for a Senior IT/SAP Support Engineer.
Main Tasks: User support: SAP business process issue management, clarifying and identifying user problems and coordinating with Central IT Organization in order to solve it Analyze business process situation in order to set business requirements to be developed by IT applications Project support: participate and collaborate in the applications implementation for Brazil as part of the local team (application testing, user training, data gathering and preparation, go-live support…)
Ideal candidate must be a Industrial Engineering, or Engineering but not necessary Fluent English (spoken and written)
Professional experience At least 3 - 5 years in a multinational industrial company or in a consulting company Business process support (industrial processes)
Mandatory. The candidate must have been involved in how the information flows in SAP is handled in a industrial company, being familiar with the transactions and the processes that these transactions support
