problema con impresora compartida **URGENTE PORFA**

Hola a todos, estoy tratando de configurar una impresora laser HP3500 en SAP, la agrego y todo usando la tx SPAD, agrego el disp con metodo de accesos F, pongo la ubicacion en red ( \\host\impresora) no se que tipo de dispositivo usar, ya trate con las opciones HP mas cercanas al modelo que tengo (3200, 4100) y nada, el SAPLPD se abre y segun toda la info se envia correctamente, pero al llegar a la impresora, la misma impresora me da el siguiente error:

CHOSEN PERSONALITY NOT AVAILABLE

segun he leido en la NET dice q la impresora no tiene los FONTs para PLC5 o POSTSCRIPT o ASCII

Por lo que segun una nota de S
AP dice q se debe usar el tipo de dispositvo SAPWIN pero al cambiar esto igual no puedo imprimir, no se que hacer, he estado buscando en internet pero no hallo solucion.

Ese modelo no se puede usar directamente desde SAP, debes tener un servidor windows intermediando o imprimir como impresora local.

Aquí las tenemos todas (alguna excepción como RRHH) en red y nunca locales. Esta la tengo como Dev. Type L HPLJ4.

The model scripts for the Jetdirect Printer Installer for UNIX(R) (HPPI) can be upgraded by using its menus. This directs HPPI to download model scripts from a preset URL and prompts the user for a proxy server address and port number.

However, if there is no proxy server on the network, the model scripts and associated files must be downloaded separately, and then HPPI can be used to install these files from the hard drive rather than being downloaded from the preset URL.

If you do not know if you have a proxy server, contact your network administrator.

Instructions for networks that have a proxy server

Login as root and run the HP Jetdirect Printer Installer for UNIX by typing hppi

Type 1 for Spooler administration.
Type 4 for Install new model script.

Press return to accept the default Web site from which to download the model script.

Type in the proxy server name.
