    Dispatcher no trabaja SAP ECC 6.0

    Hola a todos tengo un SAP ECC 6.0 con Oracle 10g todo funcionaba bien durante 10 meses lo apagaba y prendía sin problema. Un día lo apagué al momento de encenderlo me marca q el dispatcher esta parado

    le hice un Trace y me marca el siguiente error:

    alguien podria ayudarme?

    prueba a subirle la swap y reinicia servidor.

    Si sigue fallando pon los archivos dev_disp y el w0

      Hola amigo ahora lo q me hace es q el dispathcer es q se pone en verde y despues de un cierto tiempo unos 30 segundos se va a stopped.

      alguna sugerencia?

        Intenta ponernos el trace de algun workprocess

        dev_w0 por ejemplo.

        ¿la BBDD levanta bien?

          Hola amigo te paso la imagen zipeada de lo q me indica el dispatcher despues de el mensaje de running, message server conection ok, Dialog queue time se va a stopped

          alguna sugerencia?

          como le hago para sacar los traces q me indicas?

            En la imagen que mandas solo se ve un pantallazo de la consola con todo en verde

            el fichero trace de los workprocess o bien lo ves en la consola (abres los WP's y boton derecho sobre uno de ellos) o en el directorio work de sap.

              Despues de ese pantallazo en verde despues de un rato se va a stopped. Te paso el archivo trace de dispatcher q hice despues de q se fue a stopped

                Amigos les agrego el archivo DEV_W0

                el problema se presnta de la siguiente manera.

                Inicio el servidor, todo bien empieza el dispatcher a ponerse en amarillo con la leyenda

                RUNNINGBUT MESSAGE SERVER UNREACHABLE

                cambia a verde con la leyenda

                RUNNING BUT DIALOG QUEUE STANDSTILL

                posteriormente se pone en verde con el siguiente mensaje

                    Está claro que el problema lo tienes en la BBDD Oracle.

                    Intenta levantarla desde sqlplus y a ver que te dice.

                    Mira tambien y pon aqui si quieres el ficehero de alertas de oracle. Si es muy grande no lo pongas entero, pon lo que te aparezca desde que intentas arrancar

                        entras con el usuario administrador de sap

                        abres una ventana cmd

                        c:> sqlplus /nolog

                        connect / as sysdba

                        startup

                        y miras a ver que te dice. si te dice que esta levantada o a medio levantar la bajas:

                        shutdown immediate

                        y la vuelves a intentar levantar.


                        y lo que nos tienes que poner es el fichero de alertas de Oracle, normalmente se llama alert<SID>.log

                            REvisando el archivo me dice q los errores se van a los archivos siguientes
