Calculo que abris este tema pq tienes que proponer mejoras en tu sistema.
Es muy amplia la pregunta, para detectar mejoras en tu sistema... debes investigar los procesos internos dentro de tu organización y teniendo en cuenta lo que puede hacer SAP, se plantean mejoras.
