Control de Disponibilidad

Que tal, En mi empresa tengo el problema que al crear una solicitud de pedido (ME51) no esta validando la disponibilidad presupuestal. Si se esta llenando los campos de imputacion (Centro de Costo, Cuenta de mayor, Centro gestor, Posicion presupuestaria y fondo) sin embargo aun sin tener presupuesto deja contabilizar la solicitiud. Agradezco si alguien sabe en que parte de la parametrización puedo activar este control o verificacion

Ya he hecho pruebas con el apartado de control de disponibilidad de la gestion presupuestaria y sigue sin validarme el control de disponbilidad.
De antemano agradezco cualquier ayuda
