WF Work items generated by an IDOC

I would like to know if any of you have an idea of how to find the workflow items which were generated by an IDOC.

If you create a work item you have to check in your SAP inbox tcode SBWP
I don't know wich task are you using, depeding on this you asign possible agents to do the task.

Thanks for your reply. The issue I am having is that I have the IDOC number but I do not have the work item number so I need to know if there is any TCode that allows me entering the IDOC number in order to see the workflow items generated by it.

what is your scenario? becuase I don't know if we are talking about incoming or outgoing documents.

Hi Alex,

They can be inbound or outbound idocs. When an error occurs then a workflow item is generated. We lost one of the workflow items which was generated by an idoc and we want to see who has it. In order to know this we need the number of the workflow item which was generated by this idoc. We know the idoc number but we do not know the workflow item number.

you can look for the work item in the table SWWWIHEAD. this is the table for all work items ready to process, canceled or finished.

may be this is what you want.
