Envío de Mails por medio de reporte en Job

Hola a todos, tengo una duda de como usar las funciones para enviar mail desde SAP para correos externos, lo que yo debo hacer es un reporte que consulte tablas y defina informacion de un par de tablas, con eso no tengo problema, la problematica surge a la hora de como se usan/configuran las funciones para enviar mails desde SAP a mail externos , es la 1a. vez que intento algo así, si pudieran orientarme se los agradeceria mucho, saludos..

Lo que quiero son funciones con las cuales pueda mandar mails a cuentas de correo externas, hasta donde he checado me dicen que debo configurar pero nada en especifico...

Logre mandar a otros usuarios dentro del mismo mandante, pero no dice nada sobre envio a correos externos, segun he leido a mi me quedarian en bandeja de salida hasta que BASIS meta mano para configurar la salida de los mails, alguna idea de como hacer para que se manden a mails externos con esta funcion??

Alguien ya ha utilizado esta funcion??

Lo que pasa es que tengo el problema de que no logro configurarla para que me envie el mail con solo el texto del mensaje, me adjunta un archivo aunque ya lo anexa en blanco, lo crea y anexa y tambien me sale un mensaje de confirmacion de envío cada vez que lo mando a ejecutar por cada mail agregado para su envío.

Lo que quiero lograr es enviar los mails con un texto en el mensaje, pero que no me lanze un mensaje de envío cada vez que este se ejecute ya que sera puesto en JOB y esto me podria hacer que la funcionalidad no sirva tal y como requiero, tambien que en el mail no me anexe ningun archivo ya que en este caso no se esta creando ningun archivo adjunto..
